SC Peach Council grant funded, supporting undergraduate research intern Paige Miller

Congratulations to Undergraduate Research Intern Paige Miller, SC Peach Council-sponsored summer undergraduate research intern! Paige spent Summer 2016 working on a comparative genomics project in Rosaceous crops that is a collaboration with S. Ramos-Onsins (Center for Research in Agricultural Genomics) and is focused on combining methods of quantitative genetics and genome-wide population genomics models to develop a new predictive genomics tool. Title of grant from SC Peach Council “Comparative Genomics Tools for Improvement of Peach Germplasm”
